Gao Yongqing pointed out that firstly, the central laboratory should clarify its functional positioning, fully leverage its parent supervision function, guide and assist various project site laboratories in managing and testing work, and effectively improve the ability and level of the group company's testing and testing team; Secondly, all units should adhere to the principle of putting people first, increase the training of young experimental and testing personnel, and stabilize and strengthen the team of experimental and testing personnel; Thirdly, experimental testing personnel should broaden their thinking, be good at summarizing, improve their own business level, and accumulate technical experience for the group company; Fourthly, experimental testing work is a key link in controlling engineering quality. Experimental testing personnel must be pragmatic, down-to-earth, and do their job well, making contributions to the development of the group company in their own positions.
At the meeting, the Central Laboratory (Testing and Testing Center) presented a summary report on the testing and testing work for 2023, and presented awards to individuals who have been awarded the title of "Testing and Testing Technical Expert". After the meeting, there will be a 4-day comprehensive quality improvement training for testing and testing personnel.
